How long will it take to get my order?
We usually ship next day (excluding sundays). You will receive an email once your order is mailed. If you are adding graphics please allow an additional 24 hours.
Why do I see Calladorn in my order and credit card statement?
Calladorn Inc. is the authorized billing agent for Cleverpics.com.
Do I get a choice of finishes?
All pictures come in a glossy lustre finish.
My child is also in a sport not shown. Can I schedule an activity not listed?
Yes. Please submit a field request. Specify time and date and we will confirm the date and time by email. A nominal fee may apply.
Am I able to reorder packages?
Yes. The images are kept on file for at least one year (subject to change at any time). We will need the image number and date.

What if there's an image I don't want posted?
Please email us and state the image number and we will remove it. CleverPics is a service for parents to get action shots of their kids and are not sold for commercial use.
What if I'm not satisfied with my prints?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please send back for a full refund minus shipping charges.
